* Customers are entitled to a 5% discount on prepaid orders made through debit or credit cards.
* To avail the discount, customers must enter the coupon code “PREPAID ORDER” at checkout.
* This offer is applicable only within Pakistan.
* The offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes.
* Vanya reserves the right to amend this discount policy at any time.

Sale and Discount Policy

 

All sales of discounted and sale items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been marked down or purchased with a promotional discount code. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy applies to all sale items, including but not limited to:

• Items with a reduced price

• Items purchased during a promotional event (e.g., Blessed Friday, flash sales, Special offers)

• Items purchased using a discount code

We encourage you to inspect all sale items for any defects or damage upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will assess the situation and determine if an exception can be made.
