We reserve the right to update these terms as our business grows, but we promise to notify you of any major changes via the website. Your continued use of the Site means you accept any updates.


🛍️ Product & Purchase Information

Product Availability and Colour

  • Availability: Most items you see on our Site are available, but please note that supplies are limited and available only while they last.

  • Colours: We put in maximum effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the final colour you see depends on your screen (monitor/LCD/LED). We cannot guarantee your screen will display the colour with 100% accuracy. The product you receive is the same one shown on our website.

  • Updates: We amend our policies periodically. Please stay updated with us!

Payment Options

We offer a variety of convenient ways to pay for your Vanya favourites:

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa and MasterCard.

  • Bank Transfer: You can pay via Western Union, Jazz Cash/EasyPaisa (Nationwide), and direct Bank Deposit (for UK, USA, CAD, AUD, and Local Banks).

    • Important: If you choose a Bank Deposit, please share a screenshot of your transaction with us via WhatsApp(+92-321-356-6666), Instagram, or Email (customer.care@Vanya.PK) so we can confirm your order quickly.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for Nationwide (Pakistan) orders only.

Processing and Shipping Time

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

  • Delivery may occasionally take longer than 5–7 days due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues, flight schedules, severe weather, or far-reaching delivery areas.

Shipping Charges

  • Nationwide (Pakistan): Free delivery for all orders!

  • Worldwide: Free delivery for orders over $500 USD. For orders below this amount, shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of your items and your destination country. (Please refer to our Shipping policy for complete details)

Delivery Protocol

  • If you are absent when the courier arrives, a representative will call you. We will follow your instructions, which can include arranging a second delivery or leaving the parcel with a neighbour (only after payment has been received for non-COD orders).

🌍 International Orders & Customs

Understanding Customs, Duties, and Taxes

When shipping internationally, your package must pass through your country's customs. This may result in additional charges imposed by your local government.

  • What are these charges? Customs Duty is a tax your country imposes on imported goods to protect its economy.

  • Who pays them? The receiver (you, the customer) is responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, and import charges upon arrival as per your local regulations.

    • You will not be paying any further shipping costs to the courier (like DHL); these charges are exclusively local government fees.

  • Vanya's Role: We are not responsible for paying these fees. We adhere to all international laws, and payment is your legal obligation to your country.

Important: Customs Clearance & Delivery

  • We do our best to ensure door-to-door delivery. However, if your parcel is held by customs, it is your responsibility to pay the necessary duties and clear the shipment.

  • In case the parcel is stuck, you will be contacted by the customs authority and the delivery company (and by Vanya if no response is received).

  • If the parcel is stuck in customs, and you fail to clear it, the order is legally considered delivered from our end. Under this specific circumstance, we cannot accept return, cancellation, or refund claims.

Refusal to Pay Customs Charges

If your package has already shipped, and you refuse to pay the charges upon delivery, Vanya has the right to get the package back and will process a refund minus the following costs:

  1. The initial shipping cost paid on the order.

  2. The cost of return shipping.

  3. Any taxes/duties charged to Vanya upon the package's return.

⚠️ Please Note: If you fail to respond to the customs authority/courier and the package is marked abandoned and destroyed at the destination, no refund claims can be made.
