💰 Handling Approved Cancellations

In the rare event that a cancellation is approved by our team, please note that a 25% Operational Fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.

This fee is necessary to cover the immediate costs we incur upon order placement, including:

• Payment gateway processing charges.

• Fulfilment and handling expenses.

• Restocking and administrative costs.
